Ben Wright, a senior at Hilliard Davidson High School and a member of the football team is our student-athlete of the week.

Ben’s Coach Kelvin McRae was excited to share the following, “Ben embodies everything you want in a student-athlete. He’s a true team player, who never hesitated to put the team before himself. He’s provided great leadership throughout his career while maintaining a 3.75 GPA. Aside from his athletic abilities, his infectious attitude makes him a joy to coach. Always smiling, and always willing to help those around him. Ben is the type of kid that makes coaching fun, and reminds me every day why I chose to get into coaching.”

Ben shares, “I’d say my favorite part of 2nd & 7 was being able to connect with the kids and talk to them about what they enjoy.”
