Nick Whetnall, a sophomore at Tiffin University, is our student-athlete of the week. Nick is a member of the baseball team and is majoring in exercise science. This Pickerington North graduate loves being involved in The 2nd & 7 Foundation because of his passion for making the world a better place. He is also involved in National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as, Student-Athlete Advisory Council. After graduation, he plans to attend The Ohio State University and study physical therapy.
Nick shares, “I like to go in the elementary schools and do something that the kids aren’t used to. I enjoy interacting with them and brightening their day during our visits.”
The World Literacy Foundation estimates that 750 million people around the world are impacted by illiteracy. We are committed to do our part to help change that statistic. Thanks to the many student-athlete volunteers who step up each week to make a difference around the United States. #readersandleaders #2and7CEO #2and7AR
