STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK, EMILY PARSLOW

October 23, 2018

Congratulations to Emily Parslow, our Student-Athlete of the Week! Emily is a senior on the Sage College Women’s Basketball team, in Albany, NY. She is a physical education major and has been involved with The 2nd & 7 Foundation outreach for two years. Emily shares, “My favorite part about the Chompers’ Reading program and 2nd & 7 is being able to go into elementary schools and work with young students. We get to read a book to the students and do some sort of craft with them which is always a blast! They really enjoy having us there which makes everything 10x better.”

We are grateful for Emily’s commitment to “Tackling Illiteracy” in her community!
