For the Ohio State Men’s Lacrosse team, giving back to the Columbus community is a part of their foundational core. The team has been assisting The 2nd & 7 Foundation in their in-school elementary readings for many years and looks forward to continuing these efforts in the future. Madison Reid, the OSU Men's Lacrosse Director of Events, credits the team's willingness and dedication to giving back as something Nick Myers, the team's head coach, instilled in their program. Madison states “With the platform we have at Ohio State, I think it’s incredibly important to do our part in making an impact throughout the community, whether it be big or small.”

Congratulations to Becca Luft, our Student-Athlete of the Week! Becca is a senior at Ohio State University and a member of the swimming program. She is majoring in neuroscience and plans to attend medical school following graduation. Becca's career honors include Academic All-Big Ten (18, 19) and Ohio State Scholar-Athlete (17, 18, 19).

STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK, KYLE AYISI

Kyle Ayisi is our Student-Athlete of the Week! Kyle is a senior in high school and is a member of the Pickerington Central Varsity Volleyball team. He is also a member of the high school band and chorale. As the National Honor Society President, Student Council President and a member of the high school peer leadership group titled Sunny Side Up, Kyle is a positive influence to his peers. He has been on the high honor roll since the seventh grade and is described by his teachers as a very conscientious student with a big heart. "Kyle is constantly giving back to others and is a perfect role model for other young men." Through The 2nd & 7 Foundation's outreach, Kyle enjoys being able to connect with second graders and loves to make a difference in his community.
