Andrew Spence, a junior at Hoover High School, is our student-athlete of the week. Andrew is a member of the football team. This linebacker is also involved in youth groups at his church, as well as, weightlifting. When it comes to reading to the 2nd graders in his community Andrew is always the first one to volunteer and never misses a reading. In addition, he goes above and beyond with the children by trying to leave a lasting impression on each one. After graduation, Andrew plans to attend college and major in business.
Allie Saulnier, a senior at Canal Winchester High School, is our student-athlete of the week. Allie is a member of the softball team. In the fall, she will be attending Capital University to double major in early childhood education and intervention education.
Kristin Haney, a junior at Ashland University, is our student-athlete of the week. Kristin is on the cheerleading squad and is majoring in early childhood education. She is also involved in Alpha Delta Pi and a member of the education honorary society, Kappa Delta Pi. After graduation, Kristin was aspirations of teaching preschool or kindergarten children.
Chelsey Zugaro, a sophomore at Kings High School, is our student-athlete of the week. We are proud to have Chelsey in our huddle because of the passion she has for our foundation. She is the one at her high school who took the lead in promoting our successful 2.7 Day activities, as well as, the person who recruits and organizes our program in her community. In addition, she is a lacrosse enthusiast. Outside of school a majority of her time is spent playing, teaching, and officiating lacrosse. Chelsey has aspirations of pursuing a degree in business after graduation.
