Refund Policies

  • Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to info@secondandseven.com by one month before the official start date of the event.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and address for refund to be sent.
  • All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee, there are no exceptions.
  • Refunds will be mailed or credited within 10 business days of request.


Camp Refund Policy:

If you have registered for camp and have decided to not attend for whatever reason, we are able to give you a portion of your camp registration fee back BUT there is a non-refundable processing fee of $10. Please give us your name and mailing address so we can send you the refund. Requests must be sent in writing to info@secondandseven.com no later than one week before the start of camp. After this date, we will be unable to process any refunds.
